The blasting commonly known as sandblasting, is an industrial method for cleaning or surface preparation for subsequent painting treatment. It consists in applying a jet (sand, grit, grit) driven by high pressure air through hoses and nozzles, against the surface to be treated.
The effect of high pressure abrasive releases dirt, rust and / or paint residue on the treated area, generating also an anchor profile for the new paint applied.
